We provide fresh, nutritious meals and snacks designed specifically for school environments. We focus on sustainable, fresh and seasonal produce

Our menus align with both the Australian Dietary Guidelines and the Northern Territory School Nutrition and Healthy Eating Policy and Guidelines.

What kind of foods do you provide?

Our main meals include burgers, pitta pockets, pasta, curries and pizza, homemade pastries, nachos, burritos, salads and sushi. We offer a wide range of traditional Aussie sandwiches, wraps and rice-paper rolls. 
We make these from scratch, keeping sugar, salt and additives to a minimum, to ensure they are both healthy and tasty.

Snacks include veggie sticks, fruit, yoghurt and popcorn.

Do you cater for allergies and special dietary needs?

We can cater for all kinds of allergies and dietary needs, including:
 • Gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free and dairy-free
 • Vegetarian and vegan options
 • Religious diets and cultural food preferences
We work with each school to create canteen options which work for the children of that school. We refine and review options regularly.

All our staff are fully trained on food handling procedures, both for general hygiene and to avoid allergen contamination.

Can you cater for school events and excursions?

We work with each school to serve the school’s needs. That includes special food for special days when standard school catering just isn’t enough. We can provide special food items for:
 • School sports days
 • Graduation and other school celebrations
 • Special events from Book Week to religious or cultural festivals

What systems do you use for managing orders?

We use a variety of online ordering apps. If your school is already using an online ordering system, we’re happy to continue with that system, or work with you on a more efficient alternative.

Where and how do you prepare the canteen food?

Accepted Answer

We work in your existing canteen building. Our current schools each have a dedicated chef and kitchen hand, plus servers. The number of servers varies depending on the number of students in the school.
Our staff are all trained in food handling, health and hygiene.
